I provide therapy exclusively for individuals. Using lenses of systems and relationship dynamics, attachment styles and behaviors, and healthy relationship frameworks, my goal is to help you feel fully equipped to navigate any relationship situation — dating, commitment, separation, family, singlehood — with a foundation of empowerment and self-sufficiency.
I am psychodynamic in my approach. What this means for me, and likely how you'll experience this most readily, is that I engage openly, intentionally, and deeply in relationship with you in a manner that is healing for you. It's not just what we talk about or even how much I know about you; a primary aspect of my work with you is how I know you, and how I use what I see and know of you to help you practice and experience healthy dynamics directly with me. In short, our relationship is a central part of your healing process.
